There is currently no public physical postal/service address. This gap must be assessed for legal sufficiency before publication; no invented address is used.

When sending a request
Explain the issue and relevant account/transaction information only to the extent necessary. Do not send a password, Premium code, card number, government ID or unnecessary sensitive data. For account/data requests, the normal verification method is the registered email; minimum additional verification may be requested if access to it is lost.
No fixed response time is promised. Applicable statutory periods and mandatory rights remain preserved.
Newsletter status
OSM Next Level does not currently operate an active newsletter or marketing subscription and does not collect new email addresses for that purpose. Transactional Welcome, Password Reset and Premium-code delivery emails are separate.
