Operator and acceptance

OSM Next Level is operated individually in Türkiye by OMER AYKUT. By using the service, you accept the parts of these terms that apply to that use. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain preserved.

Service and accounts

OSM Next Level provides tactics guides, a counter-tactic tool, community features and paid Premium content for OSM players. A free account may be required to view a Find Your Counter result and use certain personal tools.

Users are responsible for accurate registration information and for protecting access to accounts managed through Firebase Authentication. They must not attempt to access another person’s account or expose their own account to abuse.

Tactics and results

The tactics, guides and counter-tactic recommendations on OSM Next Level are informational suggestions based on real OSM experience, battles, tournaments, match testing and observations from available data. No tactic or recommendation guarantees a particular match result, victory, win rate, ranking or other performance outcome. Online Soccer Manager results can be affected by squad strength, players, the opponent’s tactics, home or away status, the referee, game mechanics and other variables. Users should assess the information alongside their own in-game conditions and make their own final tactical decisions.

Premium access

Premium access codes are linked to the purchased package, are personal, and may be associated with a device under the current technical rules. Unauthorised sharing, copying, resale or bypassing access controls is prohibited.

Premium scope and duration follow the package information shown at purchase. Payment and refund questions should be read together with the Premium Refund Policy.

User content

Rights in comments, match reports and similar content remain with the user to the extent the user owns them. OSM Next Level does not take ownership of that content.

Submitting content gives OSM Next Level only the limited, non-exclusive permission necessary to store/display and technically process it, moderate and investigate abuse, perform security and quality checks, produce anonymised or aggregated analysis, and comply with law. It does not permit independent advertising use, sale to third parties for advertising, or marketing tied to the user’s identity.

Acceptable use and enforcement

Users must submit only content they have the right to share and must avoid spam, unlawful or infringing content, unauthorised access, interference with security, manipulation of technical controls, Premium-code abuse, fraud and conduct threatening other users or the service.

For serious or repeated breaches, content may be removed and access, Premium use or an account may be restricted temporarily or permanently in proportion to the issue. Action may be taken without advance notice where security, fraud prevention, legal duties or service integrity require it. Where possible and appropriate, the reason and measure may be explained.

If you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly, request review through admin@osmnextlevel.com / omer@osmnextlevel.com. These powers do not remove mandatory consumer, refund, data-protection or other legal rights.

Intellectual property and independence

OSM Next Level’s original site design, code, writing, guides, graphics and branding belong to OSM Next Level or the relevant content owner, subject to third-party rights. They may not be copied, sold or republished in bulk beyond personal use without permission.

OSM Next Level is an independent community and tactics resource. It is not an official product, partner, sponsor or representative of Gamebasics B.V., Miniclip or Online Soccer Manager, and does not claim endorsement or approval by them. Online Soccer Manager, OSM, and the related game names, marks, logos and other intellectual-property elements belong to their respective rights holders. References on this site are used only to identify the game, explain tactics and make clear which game the information concerns.

Third parties and availability

Firebase, Vercel, Resend, Buy Me a Coffee, Google Analytics and linked third parties may apply their own terms and policies. OSM Next Level does not control third-party payment or platform systems.

The service may change or be temporarily interrupted for security, maintenance, legal or product-development reasons. Continuous or error-free operation is not promised, without excluding mandatory legal responsibility.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, subject to applicable mandatory rules.

Nothing here restricts a consumer’s mandatory protections at their residence or place of transaction, or their right to apply to a competent consumer arbitration committee, court or other legally competent authority.
