Operator and acceptance

OSM Next Level is operated individually by omerovvvvv. By using the service, you accept the parts of these terms that apply to that use. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain preserved.

Service and accounts

OSM Next Level provides tactics guides, a counter-tactic tool, community features and paid Premium content for OSM players. A free account may be required to view a Find Your Counter result and use certain personal tools.

Users are responsible for accurate registration information and for protecting access to accounts managed through Firebase Authentication. They must not attempt to access another person’s account or expose their own account to abuse.

Minors should buy Premium or any other paid service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Tactics and results

The tactics, guides and counter-tactic recommendations on OSM Next Level are informational suggestions based on real OSM experience, battles, tournaments, match testing and observations from available data. No tactic or recommendation guarantees a particular match result, victory, win rate, ranking or other performance outcome. Online Soccer Manager results can be affected by squad strength, players, the opponent’s tactics, home or away status, the referee, game mechanics and other variables. Users should assess the information alongside their own in-game conditions and make their own final tactical decisions.

Premium access

Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription taken through Buy Me a Coffee. Unless it is cancelled before the end of the current period, it renews automatically for the same plan length; Buy Me a Coffee takes the payment and every renewal payment.

Premium turns on in the verified account whose email matches the email used for the subscription; a different payment email can be linked from the account settings with a verification code. Premium is personal and can be used with that account on up to 2 devices. Sharing, resale or bypassing access controls is prohibited. Premium codes bought earlier stay valid under the same rules until they expire.

The subscription can be cancelled at any time on Buy Me a Coffee. After cancelling, Premium stays on until the end of the period already paid for and no further payment is taken. Started or unused periods are not refunded pro rata; mandatory consumer rights remain preserved, and payment questions should be read together with the Premium Refund Policy.

Premium is a digital service made available electronically as soon as payment completes. The exceptions to the right of withdrawal that applicable law provides for services performed instantly in electronic form remain preserved.

For fair use and security, the Premium engine runs with hourly and daily usage limits. They are set to cover an ordinary matchday and a battle day; once a limit is reached, the engine makes no new calculations for a while.

Gifted Premium

OSM Next Level may, at its discretion, give a gifted Premium code. No payment is taken for a gift; nobody has a right to request one, and campaigns may end without notice.

Gifted Premium is personal and may not be transferred or sold; a gifted code binds to the first verified account that redeems it. Selling a code or trying to get around the access limits is prohibited, and the gift may then be ended without notice.

Prizes and campaigns

Manager Career season prizes, giveaways and similar campaigns follow the rules announced on the campaign page. Unless stated otherwise, prizes are Premium days; they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or sold.

Where fake or multiple accounts, automation, false data in result reports or any other breach of the campaign rules is found, the entry may be voided and a prize already given may be withdrawn.

User content

Rights in comments, match reports and similar content remain with the user to the extent the user owns them. OSM Next Level does not take ownership of that content.

Submitting content gives OSM Next Level only the limited, non-exclusive permission necessary to store/display and technically process it, moderate and investigate abuse, perform security and quality checks, produce anonymised or aggregated analysis, and comply with law. It does not permit independent advertising use, sale to third parties for advertising, or marketing tied to the user’s identity.

Acceptable use and enforcement

Users must submit only content they have the right to share and must avoid spam, unlawful or infringing content, unauthorised access, interference with security, manipulation of technical controls, Premium-code abuse, fraud and conduct threatening other users or the service.

For serious or repeated breaches, content may be removed and access, Premium use or an account may be restricted temporarily or permanently in proportion to the issue. Action may be taken without advance notice where security, fraud prevention, legal duties or service integrity require it. Where possible and appropriate, the reason and measure may be explained.

If you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly, request review through admin@osmnextlevel.com. These powers do not remove mandatory consumer, refund, data-protection or other legal rights.

Intellectual property and independence

OSM Next Level’s original site design, code, writing, guides, graphics and branding belong to OSM Next Level or the relevant content owner, subject to third-party rights. They may not be copied, sold or republished in bulk beyond personal use without permission.

OSM Next Level is an independent community and tactics resource. It is not an official product, partner, sponsor or representative of Gamebasics B.V., Miniclip or Online Soccer Manager, and does not claim endorsement or approval by them. Online Soccer Manager, OSM, and the related game names, marks, logos and other intellectual-property elements belong to their respective rights holders. References on this site are used only to identify the game, explain tactics and make clear which game the information concerns.

The Premium engine and its method

The Premium engine’s calculation method, coefficients, thresholds and the match records behind it are OSM Next Level’s trade secret. The engine is provided to a Premium holder for personal use on their own matches only.

Reverse engineering aimed at working out, copying or reproducing the engine’s method; querying the engine with automated tools or scripts, or by systematically re-running the same match with its numbers changed; and compiling, selling or publishing results in bulk or using them to build a competing tool or service are prohibited.

To prevent abuse, calculations are logged per account, usage limits apply and every result carries a mark tied to the account. A breach of these rules may lead to Premium access and the account being closed permanently; subject to mandatory consumer rights no refund is given for the paid period. OSM Next Level reserves its civil and criminal remedies under the law on unfair competition, trade secrets and copyright.

Third parties and availability

Firebase, Vercel, Resend, Buy Me a Coffee, Google Analytics and linked third parties may apply their own terms and policies. OSM Next Level does not control third-party payment or platform systems.

The service may change or be temporarily interrupted for security, maintenance, legal or product-development reasons. Continuous or error-free operation is not promised, without excluding mandatory legal responsibility.

If Gamebasics B.V., Miniclip or another rights holder asks for content or a feature to be changed or removed, OSM Next Level may change, limit or stop that content or feature, Premium or the whole service. If Premium ends permanently, renewals on Buy Me a Coffee are stopped and no further payment is taken; mandatory consumer rights remain preserved.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, subject to applicable mandatory rules.

Nothing here restricts a consumer’s mandatory protections at their residence or place of transaction, or their right to apply to a competent consumer arbitration committee, court or other legally competent authority.
