Premium is offered by omerovvvvv, the operator of OSM Next Level, as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription on Buy Me a Coffee. Payment is taken by Buy Me a Coffee; OSM Next Level never receives card or bank details.
Premium turns on in the verified OSM Next Level account whose email matches the one used on Buy Me a Coffee.
Cancelling
The subscription can be cancelled at any time on Buy Me a Coffee. After cancelling, no further payment is taken and Premium stays on until the end of the period already paid for.
No refunds
Premium payments are not refunded. This includes change of mind, started or unused periods, partial periods and renewed periods. You can try the free engine and the members' tools before buying.
This policy does not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract.
Access problems
If you paid and Premium did not turn on in your account, or you were charged more than once for the same period, write to us and we will look into the access problem and work to fix it. Include the email used for the purchase and a short explanation. Do not send a card number, password or unnecessary sensitive information.
