Premium & Refund Policy

Roles

Premium refund eligibility is assessed case by case by OMER AYKUT, the operator of OSM Next Level. Buy Me a Coffee is the payment platform; approved refunds are technically processed through Buy Me a Coffee under its current procedures.

Buy Me a Coffee is not presented as making OSM Next Level’s eligibility decision. Mandatory procedures of the payment provider may also apply.

Situations that may particularly be assessed

The following examples may particularly support review of a request; they do not guarantee an automatic outcome:

• The same purchase was charged more than once by mistake.
• Payment was taken but the Premium access code was not delivered.
• A delivered Premium code is invalid because of a system fault and the problem cannot be resolved.
• Purchased Premium access cannot be provided because of a technical problem.
• An unauthorised or suspicious payment report, which may also be subject to payment-provider and card-issuer procedures.

Change of mind and legal rights

Where Premium access/code has been successfully delivered and the service is available, change of mind alone does not create an automatic refund guarantee. OSM Next Level does not promise a fixed refund window or unconditional refund guarantee.

This policy does not remove or restrict mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

Private Coaching

Cancellation and refund requests concerning Private Coaching are assessed separately case by case. Requests must be made through the official contact channels. There is currently no verified separate time window, no-show penalty, or automatic acceptance/refusal rule. Mandatory consumer rights remain preserved.

How to request review

Provide the email used for the purchase, enough transaction information to identify it, and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send a card number, password or unnecessary sensitive information. No fixed response time is promised; statutory periods remain preserved.
